We support worldwide shipping!
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
 
Processing Time: 2-5 business days
Before we ship out your order, we have to prepare your products, customization services for your goods, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the shipping time. It normally takes 5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
 
Shipping Time: 7 - 12 business days for Standard Shipping, 5-7 business days for Express
Shipping time is based on business days, and is estimates only. This do not include delays caused by shipping couriers, busy sale periods, credit card verification processes, customs inspection, public holidays & any other delay outside of our control.

Shipping Address & Contact Info:
Please put your address with full details including street number/building number if applicable. We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts caused by invalid information provided by customers. Commonly seen negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address / contact number / consignee's name. In this case, we are often unable to get in touch with you. Despite our best efforts to contact you, we may still be unable to ship out the item / process a refund. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at support@saphirine.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.
 
Customs Fees:
Saphirine will not cover the customs fees and duties, and they are non-refundable as well. We are not able to process any modification to your order while the package is with the customs. If you have concerns about potential customs fee and duties, we recommend you reaching out to us before placing an order.
